Pine Plains woman faces 63 identity theft charges

RHINEBECK – A Pine Plains woman has been arrested by State Police at Rhinebeck on charges that she stole a person’s identity and some $12,455 from the victim.

Maryann Moore-Tompkins, 57, is charged with grand larceny, 31 counts of identity theft and 31 counts of unlawful possession of personal identification. She was released to the supervision of Dutchess County Probation pending a future court appearance.
